Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. This includes orders placed on weekends and holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the service selected (e.g., Standard, Express).
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery window provided by the carrier upon checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately [use the Contact Us form] with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. We will work quickly to review the issue and arrange for a replacement.
Lost Packages: Fared Beauty is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received by the customer. Please contact us if your package is lost in transit, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Final Sale Policy (No Returns)
All Sales Are Final
Due to the clean and cosmetic nature of our products, and in order to maintain the highest quality and safety standards for our customers, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products at this time.
We encourage you to read product descriptions thoroughly and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
