  • I have oily skin. How can I keep my makeup from sliding off?

    We recommend starting with a mattifying primer to control oil production throughout the day. Set your liquid products immediately with a setting powder, focusing on your T-zone. Finish your entire look with a quality setting spray—it acts like a shield to lock everything in place.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after I place it?

    We work hard to process orders quickly, often within a few hours. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified (including changing the shipping address or adding products). Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order enters the final shipping phase.

  • How can I get featured on Fared Beauty's social media?

  • Do you have a loyalty program or reward system to get free products?

    We are aiming to keep our loyal customers coming - Although we do not have a loyalty program as of yet - Please make sure you sign up to receive news and updates and you will get an email notification as soon as we do.

  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

    We strive to create high-quality formulas that are free from common irritants like heavy perfumes and parabens. While we cannot guarantee zero reaction for everyone, all of our ingredients are safe, cruelty free and highly compliant. We recommend doing a patch test on a small, inconspicuous area of skin (like behind your ear) before a full application.

  • How often should I clean my makeup brushes?

    For hygiene and the best application, we recommend cleaning your foundation and concealer brushes at least once a week. Eyeshadow and powder brushes can be cleaned every two weeks. This prevents product buildup, which can cause streaks and transfer bacteria to your skin.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Please note that all international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties levied by their country.
